By booking an appointment with IJ Nails, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to the following Terms & Conditions.

A $20 non-refundable deposit is required to reserve an appointment and will be applied toward the total service.

Clients agree to provide at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Failure to do so may result in the loss of the deposit.

Clients arriving more than 10-15 minutes late may have their appointment canceled or modified at the discretion of IJ Nails.

No refunds are provided for completed services. If a concern arises, clients must contact IJ Nails within 48 hours so the issue can be evaluated and, when appropriate, corrected.

Complimentary repairs are offered only for workmanship-related issues reported within 5 days of the original appointment. Damage caused by accidents, misuse, picking, biting, or failure to follow aftercare instructions is not covered.

Clients are responsible for informing IJ Nails of any allergies, medical conditions, medications, injuries, infections, or sensitivities that may affect the service.

IJ Nails reserves the right to refuse or discontinue service if a client has a contagious condition, displays inappropriate or abusive behavior, appears to be under the influence of drugs or alcohol, or if providing the service would compromise health or safety.

Prices, services, promotions, and policies may change at any time without prior notice.

Clients are responsible for following recommended aftercare instructions to maintain the longevity of their nails.

IJ Nails is not responsible for lifting, breakage, or damage resulting from improper care, excessive force, home removal, or normal wear and tear.

Unless a client requests otherwise, photographs of completed nail services may be taken and used for marketing, advertising, social media, and portfolio purposes.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, IJ Nails’ liability for any claim arising from services is limited to the amount paid for the service provided.
